JB. SG Trip- Feb

It was a sudden decision during February. My sis and I had went to Johor Bahru and Singapore after being persuaded by my cousin brother. And so, off we went. I posted this because I suddenly reminded that i didnt tell anyone that I went to Singapore for that dew days. And, huey yee yelled at me right after I came back home. And so, this is it - a JB. SG Trip

Its just a display because we went there too early that day. So, we cant eat any one of those. Who says early birdy can get to eat?

Marina Bay Sand- Singapore
It was an amazing place where you can see Real plants everywhere. We both enjoyed being in there (despite the air- conditioner). We went kinda wild inside. We both ran here and there as if we didn't see plants before. Its so worth it!

Hot Tomato- Singapore. We had a little catch up with both our cousins in Singapore, because they had to go back to M'sia and we just arrived on the day before. They came to Singapore at least once a year, so they apparently know where to get good food around town. We are so gonna eat you, Mr. Steak!

Orchard Road- Singapore. Mummy brought us to walk around in town. We took trains and buses from one destination to another. And of course, we both ate a lot too. We both also took lots of photos everywhere. No matter where we were, we just take a photo or photos (just in case there's some hidden history in that place, who knows?) And, there goes a photo which was taken in a bare field. Now, I don't get a clue why I took a photo there.

Chinatown- Singapore. Mommy brought the both of us there for dinner for two consecutive days.

Kungpao river- Singapore. We both went there with our cousin brother (the one that persuaded us to be in singapore for a few days) and his family. We was told that it was worth it as you can see the whole singapore scnery in there. And yes, it was true! Singapore does looks like HongKong at night.

My 19th Birthday!

20th of April is the day when my mom born a legend. ME! A great thanks to my mother who bring me to this world and raise me till im 19 now.
I cried two days or the day before my birthday, because my sis said she had to work on my birthday (which means that there will not be any celebration for me) I was so sad that night and as usual i cried under my blanket. So silly. My sis scolded me why my thinking is so childish. I should've be considerate. I should know how to look at the situation. I should know more, I should think about others too. But then, I just can't. I was so used to celebrate with my family since I was a child. To me, birthday is a big thing. It's a must to celebrate. It's a day where u can feel special about. (my mom was like this too, when she was younger) And so, we went to Morgan's Field for dinner that night. (after my sis ended her job) Im so happy because they got to celebrate for me. And most importantly, we get to celebrate together. I've ate half of the spare ribs, salads, quarter of corn, a drumstick and some fries and sausages. I'm the happiest girl on that day! Hah!

oh ya, my sister baked a butter cake with chocolate toppings and topped up with snowy sugar. It was supposed to be a surprised. But, it kinda failed cause I saw it in the fridge. Too bad, maybe next time. HahA. Besides that, I receieved lots of wishes from my friends and families. I really appreciate it although its just a msg. Somehow I felt im special on that day because I'm remembered by someone. So much love being given to me. I felt really grateful. Thank you.

Hiewkwan, my cousin sister came to my house the next day. I didn't know she will celebrate for me. I thought she just come to visit us. We've not meeting each other for about 2 months. She called my sister and asked what cake do i like. Okay, I picked up the phone because my sister was busy doing something in the kitchen. (because I sounded like my sister) She was like what cake does she like. I thought it was for my mom, and so I said my mom loves anything. And then, I think twice. Wait, my brithday was just yesterday. And, I laughed real hard. She came to play monopoly with us and we ate the cake. My sis and hiewkwan wanted to eat the cake so much and they kept on asking when can we cut the cake. And so, I said is this a birthday cake or its just a cake. They also said dont have to light up the candle. Just make chuck the candle into the cake and pretended i've blew the candle, take a picture and eat it.

Thanks kwan.

Huey Yee's 19th Birthday

I know it's a very super duper ultra late post, just forgive me huey yee. You know I'm up to somethings right? I've been busy and also most of the time lazy. Lol. Okay, her birthday was definitely a big day for her. It's obvious as she wanted the both of us to call her (me & ying) on the day before her birthday, so that she can listen to the wishes that we wanted to pass to her. But, too bad. We didn't! We just msg her happy birthday around 12- 1 midnight, and off to bed straight away. Okay, she did pleaded us to call her, but of course, we rejected. (We are good in all sorts of excuse. And most of all, she believed us. Such poor thing) We were kinda mean actually. We didn't even call or text her on her birthday the next morning. She'd been waiting for our call for the whole day. Sorry, Hah! Well, our plan gotta work. I'm afraid that I might split out the whole plan if I phone call her. So, I decided not too. I took her mom's phone number during Ying's b'day celebration. Piece of cake! (It's easy) I told her that I wanna look through those photos that she took during her Penang trip. And, there's where everything started. I'm evil and I know it. I memorized her mom's phone number and saved it to my phone without anyone noticing it. (even ying didn't know I'm doing that. Lol. Unbelievable right? I know. I'm good, right? I know too!) So, I just got it pretty easily.
I met up with Ying at her mom's shop and off we went. It was not time yet, so Ying drove to the shopping mall to buy some clothes for herself and also Huey Yee's pressie! We did put some efforts on her presents. (It's kinda difficult to get a present that she like) But then, we just got it. Her mom had also planned to celebrate for her. So, I told her mom that we will join in the crowd. I called her mom and told her that we were coming. Okay, I was so excited and I don't know why. I started to freak out. I kept on wondering what if the plan failed. Once it failed, everything will goes awkward. I tried to figure out plan B but then I just can't. So, we shall just stick to plan A and hope that the plan will goes well. Btw, Huey min (aka Huey yee's sis) knew about the whole plan.
Camera was ready, presents were on hand. Plus, we were both here. Everything goes pretty well. Huey yee was surprised when she saw the both of us. She was touched, I guess. I saw it! bwahahah! Actually everyone (who doesn't know the plan) in there was surprised when they saw the both of us. We had a great time even though she was not well- dressed on that day. We stood aside and chit chatted. (as usual. Chit chatting about our how's been going lately. And most importantly, how the PLAN can worked so well!)

Lol. She told us that she knew we will give her a surprise. Don't lie, Huey Yee. I know you don't know anything. Plus, you were kinda disappointed that we didn't make a phone call to wish you happy birthday. Just admit it, no harm, okay? Bwahhahahah.

Huey yee, you've been such a good friend of mine since primary school. I know you hated me last time because ying was closer to me than being with you. (just because you told me, if not I wouldn't have known the truth till now) Thanks for being so honest with me. I love you! You are a very talented girl. It seems like you know everything that I don't know. Okay, I kinda admire you. You are a great speaker and also a listener sometimes. (you always do the talking more than me. You just have too much complaints) Hmm, seriously, you are who you are. You are beautiful! Maybe it needs the right person to see the real you. So, pls pls pls pls pls don't ever say that you are not okay about how you look like, okay? I know it takes some time, because not everything can be seen in a blink of an eye. You are a human not an alien! Hah! You always have this emotional problem which I think that it's better to change it. It's for your own good, okay? You've actually changed a lot ever since you step into uni. You did a great job! That's all, I guess. Love you soooooosoooosoooo much! And, HAPPY 19TH BIRTHDAY (still without a phone call, bwahahah!)

Get Lost in Thailand, Bangkok Day 03

Day 03 in Bangkok which means that's our last day to shop & eat. Okay, we went all in. We had our breakfast before heading to anywhere. (Breakfast is SOOooooo important, okay?) My sis & I wanted to spent our 20 bhat, so we just find something to spend with. Fortunately, we found something to spend on. That's good, course we got to spend everyone buns for breakfast- 6 different types of buns. (That's not enough, man) Mom said she wanted to have something hot. We found beef  & pork noodle just right beside the bun stall. So, breakfast was on!

What I can tell you frankly was, their noodles here were really different from what we normally tasted in M'sia. Its much more chewy? And, it makes the whole bowl of noodle tasted so good!

Beef Noodle (I pleaded my mom to give one beef ball for me to try as they said it was good.)

Thanks mom!

Pork Noodle. (Obviously that was mine) Its not much of a difference from M'sia, just that as what I've said about their noodles here. You get me?
All sorts of Buns (these were what we can both afford, how sad) - curry chicken, red bean paste, lotus paste, custard milk, yam, char siew, vegetarian BUNS! The best was char siew and vegetarian bunss! (I prefer the vegetarian bun) It comes with juicy vege ball in it. And, that tasted so so so good. It's like siu long pau. (whatever it spells) Its so juicy!

We saw this and it was told that its highly recommended (I googled it! So, trust me, kay?) It was just normal toast with margarine & sugar on top) But, what makes it unique was it was not toasted but barbequed. So it's like a barbequed bread with margarine & sugar on top. My brother loves it and of course me too. (I love sweet stuff, Gwarr) We got another one near our hotel when we got back. That stall was even better. The margarine & sugar was melted on that few pieces of toast. Plus, that person added condensed milk on top of it which it was not added at the 1st stall that we had purchased. Thumbs up for that 2nd stall. Its so yummy!

Just passed by before going to the Central World.

Finally we were here! Thats good because thats too much of walking. Sigh.) We went to Central World which is just around the Four Face Buddha (okay, I googled it) We just walked in and get a seat at the Four Face Buddha. (it's open aired, so it meant that it was sunny and at the same time windy too) We didn't do anything but just sitting down and looking around at what others was doing. Of course, they prayed.

So, we just walked in to the Central World. It was just like a normal shopping centre. So, there's nothing much which caught my eyes staring at anyone of those. Hmm, there's one thing, the photobooth. Of course, it was the time for photobomb! Yay! We just wandered in there for like 2- 3 hours or more than that, I guessed. (just to enjoy being in an air-conditioned place) By then when we walked out, our tummy were growling, SO HARD! My mom wanted to have chicken rice but then it was closed. Both chicken rice stalls had long queue when we passed by before we were in the Central World, so that's why my mom demanded to try one of those. But, too bad. Good food always waits for no one. Next time. In the end, we just bought all sorts of food and took back to the hotel for some real fiesta. God, they were all too good to be true!

Unknown juice- You GOTTA TRY this. Its not a normal orange juice- but freshly squeezed. I saw one of those stall added lime in it. When I got back to M'sia, my uncle told me that was not a freshly squeezed orange juice but it was a freshly squeezed lime juice. But, it tasted like orange. So, it still remain unknown. (you gotta be kidding me. Hah)

Its not only that unknown juice which you get to see it everywhere, but this too. Welcome to freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. Wolla! What I can say is, pls gimme more of both juices!

Corn- mom said it just tasted as usual like..hmmm...Corn? Bwaahahahah! We slept for the rest of the hour and continue to shop late night. Well later on, we came back to the hotel and slept for about 2- 3 hours then we gotta go to the airport to catch our flight back home. Thats all!
